Dear students,

For thousands of years, the ideas of world peace, prosperous welfare, progress for society, prosperity for the economy, a civilized humankind, a bright culture, spiritual inner peace etc., these concepts of "Heaven on Earth" commonly known among the Vietnamese as "The Golden Age", or "Long Hoa Festival", are the aspirations of people from all walks of life, the prayers of all religions from the East to West, the efforts of humanitarians, but in reality throughout the ages of human history we've never been able to realize these dreams.

In reality, the world has never been without war; humankind has never been without conflicts, disputes, and feuds. Throughout ages of history from East to West, thousands of wars from small to large have had occurred. Among these were two major wars within the same century, World War I and II, that killed hundreds of millions of humans. Beside these two major World Wars, mankind had to endure hundreds other levels of war that accounted for millions of casualties.

Wars seem never come to an end in this world. During these early years of the 21st century, wars continuously occurred in new and highly dangerous forms. Terrorist warfare of the 21st century is very cruel, not bound by time, space, or level of poison; its end result is more dangerous. People have to be vigilant, and they worry constantly.

The world has witnessed the level of terrifying destruction of the modern weapons during the recent World War II, but actually, Japan has been the first and the only nation that endured death from a nuclear weapon. In our modern times, the world is faced with the risk of possible worldwide nuclear war that could take place any moment, causing multinational effects.

It is a real and present danger of every day and every minute, because many nations now have nuclear weapons capabilities. Besides nuclear weapons, they also have even more dangerous weapons of mass destruction such as chemical and biological. The most threatening aspect of it is that mankind doesn't have an effective method to solve these dangers. If one chemical or biological war took place on a large scale, mankind could face total fatality, and the whole world could end up with total destruction.

The war of terrorism is a tragedy, and continues to be stressful for many people, but that is not the end of it. We also face thousands of other kind of threats to our dream and prayer of having a peaceful world, a life of well being, a well developed country, and a prosperous society; so often that even our own very own existence is put at risk. Corrupt practices in societies have not been stopped and continue to spread nationally and internationally; so often that we are almost on the verge of surrendering to an epidemic of drug addiction. Other than that, the world had to and continues to cope with the spread of viruses and diseases affecting humans, animals, and livestock. The world is also highly at risk from environmental and ecology pollution caused by our way of life, and by industrial waste.

Natural disasters have never stopped in our world; we need to tell the legends written in the history books about great floods in the distant past, as we still remember the Tsunami that occurred in the year 2004 alone killed hundreds of thousands of people at once. No one can tell for sure when or where earthquakes or tsunamis will occur, but all of us know that earthquakes or tsunamis can happen at any place, any time. Any one of us at any time, any place could be a victim of earthquakes, tsunamis, storms, and other natural disasters. The reality is that there is no place on earth that is a safe from natural disasters, man-made disasters, war, disease etc. Besides these external factors as mentioned, human beings always have some kind, some form of internal fear, sorrow, and anxiety.

Compared with the past of a few thousand years, in general the civilization of Mankind has made some good progress in the direction of God's will. Especially within the last 100 years Mankind has made more significant improvements than the last few thousand years. Within the span of the last few decades, Mankind has achieved some major and fast advancements, and in the near future Mankind will continue at this steady pace or even faster. That does not necessarily mean, however, that Mankind will find tranquility, or enjoy a more beautiful life.

The risk of tragedy is part of human reality; no advancement in civilization can eliminate the possibility of natural or man-made disasters that can happen any time. Between all of you and me, we have important duties that have been delegated by God. The responsibilities are difficult and significant, but also very noble and sacred that is to "save mankind and help the world" in this modern time.

This is not the first time that Mankind has faced major disasters or catastrophes that decide our very existence. In the past, this planet earth had faced countless numbers of catastrophes. Three billion years ago, planet earth was still a fireball spinning in a circular motion without any land having formed. Humankind was only born about 3 million years ago and established its civilization only within thousands of years. In order for the earth to have a beautiful landscape with green pastures, mountains, rivers, and oceans, God and humans had to create all of that, and continues to assist all living beings.

God has helped and never ceases to help mankind and all living beings due to a very simple and easy to understand fact, which is that humans and all living beings are creatures and children of God. This matter is very equivalent to the fact that we also love and help our children. This love and help are unconditional; there is no need for reasoning. No one would ask us why we love our children. So we should never ask why God loves and helps mankind and all living beings.

God is an invisible being, therefore God cannot provide help to mankind directly. In the past He had sent many of his messengers down to earth to save mankind and help the world. In each era the messengers sent down were different depending on the time frame, the civilization and the country. With some messengers we get to know them, their title, and status, but with some other messengers we don't get to know all their details because some Saints often remain anonymous and hidden inside a very ordinary person. These messengers don't necessarily look like guardian angels with wings as described in books, paintings, or on altars; only people with a high level of wisdom and enlightenment can discover and realize these messengers.

I need to emphasize this point; the Guardian Angels or Messengers arrive on the planet hidden in ordinary human beings, living ordinary human life. They communicate with ordinary human voices and with languages, and there is no difference in the human physical body. Certainly though, there are differences on the Spiritual level, in other words, these messengers are hidden in ordinary human beings to carry out their duties assigned by the Higher Beings. These Messengers need to be hidden within ordinary human beings as the means in order to communicate directly with and to help other human beings. That is why I usually tell you "Only mankind can help mankind, beside mankind no one else can help mankind". They are not just ordinary people; they are responsible people chosen by God and with the guidance of Higher Deities to help mankind and all living beings.

We don't need to research on the Messengers of other distant past eras; their duties of the distant past do not belong to our study or research. Each Messenger has his/her own duties depending on the different era. The Messengers in this modern era have a number of important duties or tasks that they are going to assign to us to carry out. These are the tasks that we need to research, study and put into practice. We are very fortunate to be chosen by God, with the guidance from the High Deities to carry out these noble and sacred tasks. What is so important is that the High Deities bless and guide us not with the purpose for us to become super-talented or well-known people so that we can claim our fame and build our egos. Rather, the High Deities provided us the spiritual, metaphysical capacities so that we can carry out our duties. In another words, we are the instruments of the High Deities, noble instruments to be proud of because we are the beneficial instruments undertaking the task of saving mankind from suffering.

'Saving humans and helping the world', however is not just another beautiful phrase that people often use; it is a grand, difficult, and necessary task. These are the tasks that take our frequent vigilance, requiring our attention everywhere we go, all the time. In other words, there is no limit of time and space. When you witness a natural disaster such as an earthquake or tsumani, you should never jump quickly to the conclusion that God does not love or help us and the world. The facts is that He continues to help our planet and that is how we can exist, live, and develop. In actuality, God is constantly helping mankind and the planet in every way; however He continues to help us in silence with His mysterious and invisible energy. As a matter of fact, if God were to stop assisting our heartbeat for one minute, we would stop breathing and leave our life behind. We should realize that every second of our survival is every second of God's help, in other words; our life was granted by God, the life of all living beings are in the palm of God.

God has helped us so much already, but He has so much work to do. The universe has many other planets beside the planet earth, and many thousands of other kinds of living beings exist on this planet earth beside humanity. On planet earth alone, there is so much work to do, so many matters to be settled, therefore God always needs to have many different Messengers or Guardian Angels with different capabilities, taking different roles, carrying out different tasks. I have my own responsibilities, and you all have your responsibilities. At the same time we all have very important common responsibilities in this present era, and also for the near future for our planet earth, which are the responsibilities of 'saving mankind and helping the world'.

'Saving mankind from suffering' or 'saving humanity and helping the world' are not just beautiful phrases we say for the sake of hearing ourselves speak. Actually, these are very difficult tasks for us to carry out. They are not as simple as the task of healing that you have learned and practiced so far. During the many years that I have been following the path of spiritual development, God has instructed me that: "You are not the one, it is all mankind that will carry out the task of saving humanity and helping the world". In other words, I'm not the only one; together with all of you, not just one person but all of us together will carry out the task of 'saving humanity and helping the world'. During fifteen years of teaching Universal Energy, I have carried out the first stage of the task of 'Saving humanity and helping the world', which means healing sick people, healing the physical body, and helping souls. Healing was a specific task of 'saving humanity and helping the world' that you and I have practiced in recent years, but that was just the first step of our work.

These are the very practical, specific, beneficial, and convincing works in the name of 'saving humanity and helping the world', but that is not yet all. Mankind still has so much need for help beside the need of healing disease. From the perspective of the medical field, mankind has reached a mature level of growth and progress, with bright and honourable achievements. The contributions from UE School to the medical field are necessary and practical but are not the main focal point that God wants us to do. God has given us the task of 'saving mankind and helping the world'; this is a very important and difficult task that encompasses many different aspects, both materially and spiritually, including for humanity and all living beings.

Due to the fact that this is a very important and difficult task, I have been waiting for the last 16 years. Actually this is only a short period of time compared to many millions of years of human history. Mankind has been waiting, and I also have been waiting. My waiting has not been just passive kind of waiting; I have continuously been training numerous UE students. I have trained you from ordinary people to become capable people just in the same way God has trained me from a very ordinary person to become your Spiritual Master.

The current number of Universal Energy students around the world is approximately 3 million. The number of students however, with a sufficient level to perhaps accompany me in taking care of the great task of 'saving humanity and helping the world' as given by the Deities is quite small at the present time. Even if all three million UE students tried with their best efforts to learn to reach a sufficient level, against such a great task of 'saving humanity and helping the world' this number is still small. The task of 'saving humanity and helping the world' requires a bigger number of people. I can wait to reach this number but the need for 'saving humanity and helping the world' at the present time has reached a critical level because of nuclear, chemical, and biological wars; terrorist attacks; natural disasters; tornadoes; earthquakes; tidal waves; drought; plagues, etc., These are things that can happen at anytime and anywhere. There is no time to wait during these life-and-death situations, where people need our assistance.

The need to save mankind and the great mission from the Deities demand that I carry out several necessary and important tasks as soon as possible in the year 2005. I plan to organize a conference and workshop with scientists and professionals in several fields so we can have in-depth discussion on several important and necessary topics for humanity in general, and for individuals, families and society in particular. The subjects will be on health, Spirituality, happiness, suffering, love, Enlightenment and Wisdom, etc. I had planned to organize this conference in April of the year 2005, but there was an urgent demand for me to train more people with sufficient and advanced Spiritual level so they could attend this high-level Universal Energy Conference.

That is the reason I organized the Special Spiritual Seminar on Philosophy of Wisdom in April 2005. From the number of two thousand students from this Special Spiritual Seminar, I hope I can select 200 people with sufficient ability. So the ratio is 1 out of 10 students, who will have the high Spiritual Level to attend this High-Level Universal Energy Conference. I plan to conduct the Conference in 3 days to commemorate Mankind's Ancestors in August 2005 at the Mankind Ancestral Altar in Australia, which is the only country in the world that recognizes and promotes a "Multi-Cultural" philosophy. It is a country that has many opportunities to develop Wisdom and Spirituality for Mankind. The name of this Conference is the "Worldwide Conference of Mankind Enlightenment Love 2005 in Melbourne".

The first day of this "Worldwide Conference of Mankind Enlightenment Love 2005 in Melbourne" will be on the Anniversary of the Ceremony for Mankind's Ancestors on September 18th, 2005 or the lunar date of August 15th, year of the Rooster. According to the Vietnamese tradition, this is a good day with positive and propitious signs of the Heavenly stems and Earthly branches and of the 5 elements, which include the day of the Snake, month of the Rooster and year of the Rooster. At this divine time, beside the ceremony of worshipping Mankind's Ancestors and introducing the Conference, I also have several important announcements for all the students in Universal Energy around the world. I will announce the decision to officially establish a Universal Energy Organization with an official name and bylaws. At the present time, with your new level I will change the terminology and name of "Universal Energy Healing". As the Vietnamese often use the word "WISDOM" so it is the same with my goal to train you to become new people. These people will have Wisdom, the sufficient ability of Wisdom, mental and spiritual Wisdom.

I will not only make the announcement but also I will officially start a "Wisdom of Mankind Society". This Society will be formed with the purpose of combining and training people with Wisdom to help the development of the individual, the family, societies, and countries, etc. Because without Wisdom we do not have happiness, which is the common desire of all the people. Without Wisdom we have suffering, which is something we try to avoid or we are afraid of. With Wisdom we have harmony and without Wisdom we have conflict. With Wisdom we can have peace and without Wisdom we will have war. Wisdom is the Material and Spiritual key that all of you need to have.

The 'Wisdom of Mankind' Society will also be known as the 'Wisdom Society'. In the first stage our name will be "Wisdom Family", which is a simple and lovely name that fits with the name that we have been using for the past years since the early beginning when we first established the HUE School. We will be an affectionate group like a big family. We usually call ourselves the "Big UE Family" and we will simply have a new name: "Wisdom Family".

The logo for the "Wisdom Family" will include the UE logo with the figure of triple Pyramid, the figure of the dragon and phoenix, combined with the thirteen-sided sun and all of this sitting on the surface of the legendary Vietnamese Bronze Drum. This logo will have much meaning and wisdom. With the current old logo of UE, you are still students of the Human and Universal Energy School. Nothing will change, you will still learn about Universal Energy; still have the chakras opened; still receive energy from God and pray to God; still transfer energy to prevent illness and heal yourself and others. When you learn up to the high level Seminars, you will be able to learn Wisdom Philosophy, Eastern Philosophy, and Spiritual Philosophy meaning that you will receive higher and more special spiritual energy so that you can carry out you duties more successfully.

The Wisdom Family has the purpose of gathering a number of individuals into a well organized group, with mutual affection, well staffed and funded, and also with good level of spiritual energy so that we can help each other and work together hand in hand. The specific contents in organizing such a Wisdom Family will be presented and discussed during the MEL World Conference 2005 in Melbourne in September 2005. In general, it will consist of three levels similar to those we have at present time, which will be the international Wisdom Family, the national Wisdom Family, and the local Wisdom Family. Of course, the organization of the Wisdom Families will have more distinguished differences than we have now for UE Family, which is also significantly better and more beneficial for the students. In general as a family we will be happier than student strangers in a seminar, if we can accept each other as sisters and brothers in a family that would mean more mutual affection, and helping each other.

We should be realistic by helping ourselves first, only if we can help ourselves, our family including spouses, children, parents, and grand parents, our common family which is UE Family also known as Wisdom Family. Then can we help the rest of the world in the task of 'saving mankind and helping the world". The matter of limiting the usage of HUE water and Model Antenna within our UE family is also within this concept. When the time is right then we will help the rest of the world. Now is not yet the right time. That is why I have limited the usage of the mixture of HUE water, including the use for family farmland only. During the conference we will also discuss other important issues, such as the preparation to establish a "University of Wisdom Philosophy". We are in the process of working out the legal requirements for establishing such a University in the USA within next year. We can also discuss the project and the teaching contents of this future University during upcoming MEL World Conference 2005 in Melbourne.

The major contents of this upcoming Conference will be within three topics: 'Mankind, Enlightenment and Love', which is the current official name for our UE School. Only if we can be wise on these three topics, can we carry out so many tasks to save ourselves and others. The above mentioned three topics cover a large number of matters for us in particular and all mankind in general. I have planned ahead so many years for a name that including three terms; those were Mankind, Enlightenment, and Love. I have also prepared a number of specific examples for you to learn and research; those were the three-sided Pyramid, the double Pyramid, the triple Pyramid, the Pyramid mass in space, the invisible Pyramid, and the Antenna Model, etc.

You have had the chance to research, learn, and apply the Pyramid and Antenna Model in the past years. You have acquired the essential benefit for yourself, your family, your society, and nation. The upcoming MEL World Conference 2005 in Melbourne will be a good opportunity and environment for you to share your experiences to the audience, the UE family, and eventually to the whole world about the good results that you have achieved from your research and application. This sharing could also be part of the charity and merit of the common duty of our UE Family (now also known as the Wisdom Family) to 'save humanity and help the world".

That is the nature and content of the MEL World Conference 2005 in Melbourne. This conference will be different, if not totally different than other seminars that you have ever attended. In other UE seminars whether large or small, you have all received energy transferred by me. You should notice that it is a spiritual or metaphysical energy. When I transfer the energy, all of you receive it whether you can feel the sensation or not, unless an individual spiritually refused to accept it. God gives free will of choice to every spirit. No person can force anyone in receiving spiritual energy, and neither can I.

God gives energy, I also give energy, but the point is whether a person is willing to accept the gift. Without their willingness, how can receive the energy transfer; it is common sense. We cannot pour water into a cup that has turned upside down; we cannot enter a house in which the owner absolutely wants to lock the doors. God does not force anyone, neither can I, so you also should not force anyone to receive the energy transfer; it is a mistake that you should not make. Hence, you should not wonder why this person was healed by the UE energy, while that person could not be healed; it is also an issue of spiritual free will. This spiritual energy is a great favour from God allocated to every individual, whether that individual is a stranger or your love one, each person has his/her own fate or fortune.

Due to the nature of this time, the gathering will be as a conference not a seminar. In the conference I will not transfer energy to the participants, instead I will trasfer energy for the outcome result of the whole conference; on the principle the participants of this conference should already have a good and necessary level of spiritual energy. In this conference it will be your turn to give presentations on the experience from your learning and researching. I encourage you to put in your good effort to presenting your learning and researching expreriences. Your presentations could potentially become future thesis of Doctors of Philosophy from the "University of Wisdom Philosophy", a University which I intend to establish in United States in the very near future, as near as year 2006.

In order to participate in the "MEL World Conference 2005 in Melbourne" on 19 September, 2005, you need to prepare from now. I give priority to those of you who have topics for thesis presentation. Once more I remind you that I give you three main topics: Mankind, Enlightenment and Love. If you have any other topic with beneficial content, you should also send it to me for approval. If it turns out not to be appropriate for this conference then it can be arranged for the next confererence. You should prepare your presentation in English, thoroughly, and concise: not longer than 30 minutes of presenting. For us to set up properly over here to facilitate your presentation, you should send the content of your presentation in advance by email or by postal mail to the MEL center in Melbourne, Australia. Upon my approval of any thesis that has significant value, you will be informed and registered so that you can join and present your thesis at the conference. The thesis that meets the required values will be approved for diploma at the University levels such as M.D., or Ph.D.

I will select the majority of candidates to participate in the World Conference in Melbourne among the students that take the Special Seminar of Wisdom Philosophy in April 2005, and I will announce these candidates during the last day of the Special Seminar on April 18. The first priority will be given to students who have their thesis for presentation; the second priority will be for students who have good wisdom and the ability to discuss the topics of Wisdom Philosophy; the third priority will be for students who I recognize as spiritually well developed; the fourth priority will be for students who have special duties that God has informed me; the fifth priority will be students who are specialists in the fields of medical, scientific, technology, spiritual and etc. Even for specialists outside of the UE School who are destined to be there, I will consider on a special case basis.

During the "World Conference 2005 in Melbourne" in September of 2005, I will publish a book by the title "Master Luong Minh Dang - Wisdom Philosophy" that will include my important lectures on the topic of Wisdom. Our UE School's main focal point or in fact our real focus for the near future will be to develop practitioners with capacites in Life Wisdom as well as Spiritual Wisdom. Wisdom in Life so that we can be sucessful on the path of Life, while Wisdom in Spirituality so that we succeed on the path of Spiritual development. Without Wisdom in Life we will fail on the path of Life, while without Wisdom in Spirituality we will fail on the path of Spirituality. Without both Life and Spiritual Wisdom we will fail on both paths of Life and Spirituality. Wise or unwise are not the only deciding factors, but they are the most critical factors that determine success or failure on all aspects: personal, family, social, and national.

This is the reason and purpose why I prefer the term Wisdom over the term Human Energy. The term Human Energy has served its purpose in the past, but will no longer serve the future purpose, when our School will elevate to a higher level and you will be able to learn newer and higher levels of knowledge. Due to your level of comprehension in the past, that was why you mostly focused on receiving energy and sending energy. Now that your level is higher, you should learn the higher concepts. It does not mean that you should abandon your past knowledge; it means you have mastered that previous knowledge. You should have both the new and the old Wisdom, as I have said you shall have Wisdom in order to succeed both in Life and in Spirituality. Small or large, high or low significant of your success you all need to have Wisdom. The energy that I send to you, the spiritual energy that you receive from God all have the elements of Wisdom, hence, you have to be Wise to be able to receive and to benefit from this energy.

In order to share your recent personal or collective experience as a Center, the outcome results of your research and practice among UE practitioners, you should send in all reports that document the said experiences in as much detail as possible including names, ages, photographs, and addresses. I will compile and publish a book of "MEL Collective Summary Records" that will serve as a documentation of MEL's fundamental achievements to be handed out to all UE practitioners throughout the world in 2006. If the availability of these records are large in number, we can always gradually publish one book of the "MEL Collective Summary Records" per year.

The achievements that deserve recognition the most should be the record harvest of agriculture in Vietnam for the last year. UE practitioners in Vietnam applied the energy transfer techniques on their rice fields, the outcomes were high in productivity and quality, without using fertilizer or pesticides. As far as healing people, UE practitioners in Vietnam also achieved encouraging results. These are the typical achievements and you should provide the documents, as well as photographs to be included in the upcoming "MEL Collective Summary Records". You are also deserve to participate in the "MEL World Conference in Melbourne 2005" with supporting documents to be presented at the conference.

That is the outline of our future activities for this year and next year; our activities serve the essential interests for ourselves, our family, societies, and nations. You should not hesitate or be afraid in carrying out your duties that have been delegated to you by God, as I have told you many times.

God does not ask or require anything from you, but God absolutely would never deceive you on your efforts. God also does not require you to carry out any formality. He likes you to work for Him in the form of helping other people. When you help people you should help out of your compassion from your true heart, not with the purpose to serve your personal interest and selfishness. To work for God is not to kneel down on your knees and pay homage to Him as I see most of you often do. God or the High Deities do not need your worship. What they want from you is that you serve and help mankind, your family, society, etc.

To most ordinary people the task of helping and serving mankind is difficult, but for you whom I opened the chakras and granted special energy, the task of serving mankind is not difficult. For the UE practitioners of high level are the people who have received a powerful spiritual energy from God, the task of serving mankind is not difficult at all. Once you carry out the task of serving mankind, society, and nature, the tasks that I usually call 'works of chariy and merit', then not only God but also all High Deities will repay and reward you. They will repay and reward you at the ratio of ten times, hundred times, or even thousand times of what you served mankind.
